Shallot and Chive Mayo

This dressing not only works with any cheese breaded and deep fried, it also works well with deep fried plaice, sole or dabs.

  1. In one mixing bowl take 150mls of good quality mayonnaise, 75 grams of crème fraiche or fromage fraise, 75 grams of diced Garner’s Pickled Shallots, 25ml of lemon juice and 10 grams of chopped chives.
  2. Mix the ingredients well.
  3. Serve with salad garnish.
