Grilled Halloumi, Red Pepper & Garner’s Pickled Onions on Rye Bread

  1. Preheat a griddle pan.
  2. Griddle the Halloumi slices and pepper until they start to turn golden brown.
  3. Drizzle the rye bread with olive oil on a griddle pan and toast lightly.
  4. Place the Halloumi, red peppers and halves of Garner’s Pickled Onions on top of the rye bread toasts, sprinkle over with fresh crushed pepper and serve.
