Carrot, Raisin and Nut Salad

  1. Take 250 grams of grated carrots, add 50 grams of fine sliced Garner's Pickled Onions or Shallots, 50 grams of raisins, 50 grams of nuts (peanut, cashew nuts or pine nuts work well).
  2. Drizzle 25 ml of a good quality oil, olive oil works well but any good vegetable or ground nut oil would be fine over the salad and toss well.
  3. Season to taste.
