Potato and Pickled Shallot Salad

Combining Garner’s floral Pickled Shallots with fragrant fresh herbs and the bite of mustard creates a very special salad pot worthy of any picnic basket.
  1. Halve cooked potatoes and place in a bowl
  2. Rinse herbs, pat dry and chop finely
  3. Add pickled shallots and remaining ingredients to bowl
  4. Fold all ingredients together
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as required
  6. Serve salad with a generous slice of ham
