It’s actually quite simple; it takes a little bit of time and forward planning, and ideally you need to do it over two days.
Pickling onions or shallots, you will need: Onions, Vinegar of choice (several options are available or you can make pickling vinegar yourself), Salt, and suitable jars (right size and will need to have a sealable lid)
